Sean fixed his bike and we headed out to the CRWS for a few Cheladas before the rain came back to the PNW.

Popp’n the Cherry 2010

Its been a mild winter and today seemed like a good day to take a spin across Snoqualmie Pass and see what was happening on the other side. Weather was nice and warm on the west (60′s) cold on the pass (40′s) and cool in eastern Washington (50′s). Stopped off and had a few beers and lunch at the Brick and then back across to find some warmth.

SSR – End Of Winter

End Of Winter Ride 2009. The end of winter will be March 20 (Friday) So the ride will be Saturday the 21st. For those that are new this is a run up Mt St Helens Spirit Hwy to celebrate the End Of Winter and the beginning of a new Summer.

Out for a ride with Sean

Yesterday got out for a ride with Sean. We rode out to Cumberland and had some drinks at the City Hall before heading out to the Carbanado Saloon. Unfortunately the Carbanado Saloon is still closed for the season so we went back to Wilkeson and visited the Pick and Shovel. After a few BM’s (not bowel movements either), and Seans wise choice not to poke the Sleeping Bear, we rode down through Bonnie Lake and finished up with some coctails at the Royal Bear in Auburn.

For those of you who do not know what the “Sleeping Bear” is, tough shit. You should have come on the ride with us then you would get the reference.

SSR – 3 Pass Blast

We’ll meet at the Poodle Dog for breakfast and be leaving at 9:00. Join up with the North Riders in North Bend. The route will take us over HWY 90, Blewitt Pass and back over on HWY 2. Then home however we want.

Best Day Yet

Well I am sorry for those of you who spent the day working, you just missed the best ridding day so far of 2009. It started off a little cold, but the sun decided to make an appearance and it turned into a spectacular day.

So if you missed it too bad, but I am sure 2009 has at least one more nice day left.
