Thank you for stepping up and helping to build the RideWithKirk.com photo galleries. The photo gallery section of RideWithKirk.com is here for fun and it gives us all a chance to sit back, have a tasty beverage and kill some time until the next tide.  It also gives some of you fine ladies out there a chance to show off a bit. 

Submission Rules:

1. You must be the rightful owner of all the photos you submit.
2. If you are submitting a photo of your wife, girlfriend, neighbor, neighbor’s wife, neighbor’s girlfriend, neighbors wife’s girlfriend, some chick you met at the local biker bar or any other person, you must have his or her consent to do so.

What is acceptable to post:

• Anything that doesn’t fall into the “Not acceptable” category.  Remember I make the final call on what makes the web site or not.

What is NOT acceptable to post:

• ANY photo(s) depicting illegal act(s). If I am not sure if it is legal or not, it’s not going to make it on to the site.
• ANY photo containing any person(s) that are minors or even closely resemble a minor, regardless of the content of the photo.
• All photos submitted come under the close and personal scrutiny of me and I make the final call of who gets in or not!

How can you submit your photos:

• Email your photos, as an attachment to photos@RideWithKirk.com. JPG, JPEG and GIF file formats are preferred but, if you are unable to figure out how to change the file type or you are just too damn drunk to do it, send them to us, in any format, and we will change it for you. Please be aware of the file size and avoid sending large files. If sending multiple files, please zip them up.
• If you have too many pictures to upload, contact me and I will set up a simple way to upload lots of pictures painlessly.
• Send your photos via Snail Mail to RideWithKirk.  Contact me and I will send you the address. I will scan them for you. If you want your photos returned, you must provide me with a SASE (that’s a self addressed stamped envelope).

What you need to include with your photo submission:

• Where were the pictures taken (rally, party, etc..)
• Your name, handle, fictional character, etc.. if you want photo credits

Photograph Release

By emailing my electronic file images to photos@RideWithKirk.com or by mailing my photographs to RideWithKirk.com, I hereby give RideWithKirk.com my permission to use these photographs, and personal details, provided as part of the photographs, on the RideWithKirk.com web site. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the manner in which my photographs or accompanying material are displayed on RideWithKirk.com. I release RideWithKirk.com from all legal claims that may result from the publishing of my photos. I hereby state that I am at least 18 years of age and am mentally, legally and otherwise fully competent to enter into this contract in my own name. I also hereby state that the photographs submitted are my own legal and personal property and are not protected by copyright, trademark or other similar laws.
